My Real Estate Activities Are Progressing Strongly on the Route I Want.

As of September 2024, I will continue my real estate activities with my own company.
My focus area is new building flats, residences, villas and plaza offices throughout Beşiktaş.
It is an important criterion for me to be able to market real estate properties for which I have sole authorization in target markets abroad.
Lately, I have been receiving valuable feedback for my real estate activities.
For me, the approach of the property owners and their level of trust in me are extremely important.
I am trying to rent two of Beşiktaş's most valuable residence flats furnished, and the trust level of the property owners in me is extremely valuable.
If nothing goes wrong, I will get the sole authorization of a valuable villa for sale in the Beşiktaş region in a very short time.
Likewise, it is very likely that I will start to work for sale in one of the residence flats in which I work as a furnished rental.
I am optimistic about obtaining sole authorization for the office living space, which is under construction in a valuable location in the Kadıköy region, by the end of the year.
Being able to practically experience what is in one's mind and heart contributes positively to both life energy and motivation.
