The new construction projects on Tepecik Yolu Street are nearing completion, with the final touches being made.
All projects include covered parking, landscaped areas, and general social living amenities.
I don't observe any new developments in the Etiler villa area.
In the Etiler Mosque and Alkent areas, however, numerous buildings have undergone renovation. I've observed that a small number of new projects will also begin in the coming period.
