I wanted to get to know the dynamics and actors of the real estate market closely.
During our 4-day visit, we visited popular areas of Dubai, visited more than 10 development companies, 3-4 law firms, and local real estate offices.
We saw the projects of the development companies on site.
We had already signed brokerage agreements with some development companies.
We will also sign brokerage agreements with the others.
Our aim is to improve our communication with development companies while also working with 1-2 local real estate offices.
I also realized that there are channels within law firms that can offer real estate acquisition opportunities.
Every day, we are becoming more optimistic that we can offer attractive value to Turkish investors who are considering investing in real estate in Dubai.
