Why real estate is more than just a job for me.
What gives me the most pleasure, motivation, and energy in this job is that it provides great opportunities for my inner development.
After working for many years in national and international companies, I entered the real estate sector in Beşiktaş in 2020.
Throughout this process, my sole focus has been on real estate. Initially, I focused on the Gayrettepe region.
I dealt with all types of commercial and residential real estate.
My strong analytical and social intelligence allowed me to perform enjoyable and high-quality work in both segments.
Later, together with my organization, I updated our focus to plaza offices on Büyükdere Street and high-end real estate on Etiler-Nisbetiye Street.
As of the beginning of 2026, we started providing strategic asset management services to premium real estate in Beşiktaş.
Throughout my professional life, I have worked with high motivation, energy, and discipline. I have never been involved in any work that I did not enjoy.
Looking back, I have observed that the period I enjoyed the most was the time I spent in the real estate segment.
Having my own business and the potential for very high income are the main reasons why the real estate segment is attractive. These are valid points.
What gives me the most pleasure, motivation, and energy in this job is that it provides great opportunities for my internal development.
If you want to create attractive value in the real estate business, you need to be in constant close interaction with different disciplines.
Psychology, sociology, history, economics, mathematics, statistics, marketing.
It gives me great pleasure to observe that I use so many different disciplines intensively and continuously in my activities.
Considering that I am constantly in contact with buyers, sellers, and tenants from different segments, each of which is a world in itself, I think that my awareness, consciousness, and inner self as a person are also increasing.
As a result, I approach myself, life, and my environment in a much more mature, conscious, and positive way.
Seeing that my perception level has increased also multiplies the peace I get from the moment.
There is something I always say. (Work) life, (social) life, (private) life. The common word in all of them is "life". A life not integrated with "life" on the right ground is a life lived in vain. Regardless of location or circumstances...
