Mr. Özkan, you're a level above the rest in marketing

A property owner who wants to sell one of Nişantaşı's valuable apartments contacted me this week.

He said he'd reviewed my websites and blog posts and wanted to discuss the sale of his property.

My graduation from Istanbul Boys High School also piqued his interest.

Yesterday, I saw the apartment in the young building in Nişantaşı he wanted to sell. I measured it with a laser meter and examined its contents.

Afterward, we chatted.

During our meeting, he mentioned people working in the luxury housing segment who he'd met with.

The people he mentioned were all high-ranking individuals at their respective institutions.

After our conversation, he said, "Mr. Özkan, you're a level above the rest in marketing."

If all goes well, I'll present my valuation report and any marketing efforts I can do domestically and internationally today.

The only route is life.
